Mr Isidro Francisco Ron Crooke, is a fourth generation lawyer on both his paternal and maternal sides. In fact, it could be said that the real history of the firm starts as far back as the XIX century, with the Notary Public and Consul of Honduras, Isidro Ron Pérez and the reputed lawyer Francisco Crooke Heredia. It goes without saying that Mr. Ron Crooke became a lawyer motivated by a strong vocation and long established family tradition.

After many years working as a Senior Partner at a big law firm, he decided it was time to return to the origins. Mr. Ron Crooke opted out the impersonal trappings of the big firms for the chance to make a difference with a more reasonably-sized boutique firm.

In his opinion, working at a smaller firm allows lawyers to have more hands-on experience, interact and build relationships with clients, as well as more opportunities to grow and develop in a specific area of law. This ensures that each client is receiving the best service possible
